Robert Berleth, attorney at law, founded Berleth & Associates, PLLC to advocate fiercely for individuals who have been injured and for corporations that are owed large sums of money. While his practice specializes in personal injury and corporate collections exceeding $100,000, Mr. Berleth himself has built a stellar reputation for successfully collecting large debts from recalcitrant debtors at the state, national, and international levels.
As a court-appointed receiver, Mr. Berleth takes a unique approach to his work. He utilizes innovative communication methods and has a relentless zeal for securing the debts his clients are owed, both of which produce ideal outcomes. Mr. Berleth is known as the receiver to call when previous debt collection attempts have failed.
Mr. Berleth exhibits courage in every aspect of his personal and professional life, which began early in life as an Eagle Scout. Later, while studying to become an Associate of Applied Sciences in Paramedic Technology at Lone Star College, Mr. Berleth joined the United States Army as an Infantryman performing various combat roles, including engineer and medic.
Between his time in active duty and reserve, Mr. Berleth earned a Bachelor of Emergency Management degree at West Texas A&M University and became a Master of Public Administration at Texas Tech University. He graduated from both institutions Summa Cum Laude and had the honor of serving as a Public Administration Research Assistant to Dr. Robert Forbis while at Texas Tech.
In the Army, Infantrymen are taught to think strategically, act quickly and take advantage of weaknesses, find creative solutions, and never give up. Mr. Berleth understands the importance of fighting for others at all costs and brings lessons learned in the Army to each appointment and client case.
In 2016, Mr. Berleth earned his Juris Doctor at Texas Tech University, graduating with honors. Shortly after, he joined the State Bar in Texas and Montana and was admitted to practice before the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas.
With his necessary admissions and professional affiliations, experience as a project manager at the Law Firm of Jules L. Laird, Jr., where he drafted legal documents for several attorneys during the litigation, and time as a Judicial Intern at the Northern District of Texas Bankruptcy Court, where he worked closely with the judge, law clerk, and judicial assistant, Mr. Berleth formed his practice in 2017 to serve clients in a way only he can.
Berleth & Associates, PLLC is built upon a foundation of public service where Mr. Berleth and his fellow attorneys offer personalized, respectful, and courageous representation.
